verified 7-Day Window

Report discrepancies or damaged goods within 7 calendar days of receipt. Email orders@oviokart.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

verified Original Packing

Items must be returned in unopened corporate packaging for a full credit note. Used or partially-used items are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

verified Credit Notes

Refunds for trade accounts are issued as credit notes against the next billing cycle. Cash refunds are available for retail accounts and processed within 7 business days.

verified Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed stationery and used toner cartridges are strictly non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

verified How to Initiate a Return

Email orders@oviokart.com with your order number, the items affected, and the reason for return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within one business day.
