By accessing or using the Oviokart B2B platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and technology products through our digital channels.

Accounts are strictly for registered businesses and professional entities within the United Arab Emirates. Personal/consumer accounts are not supported.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their procurement credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.

All purchase orders are subject to availability and credit approval for trade accounts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. UAE VAT (5%) is added at checkout. Provide a valid TRN for proper invoicing.

All content, including product specifications and digital assets, is the property of Oviokart LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
